Elite is a new personal training studio designed by Theone. After working many years in the big box fitness industry, she saw the need for individualized training. We are focused and driven to provide every client with individualized real results.
Personal Training – work with our trainers in the best possible one-on-one private studio setting. Your personal trainer will have workouts set for each client based on their needs and goals. Personal training packages are once, twice or three times per week.
Nutrition – Along with planning your training sessions your personal trainer will help guide you in making healthier diet choices. Our bodies need fuel for our workouts and need to be supported nutritionally to help our bodies recover properly post workout to yield the most progress toward your goals.
