What do I wear to training?
Comfortable clothing and sneakers. At the initial fitness assessment your trainer learns about you and how you move ion a sample workout.
Should I eat before or after?
Eat a small meal before coming in and b e hydrated throughout the day. After the workout, fuel your body with your regular daily meals.
Do I need to exercise between training sessions?
Yes, your personal trainer will give you more specific instructions in your program.
When will I see results?
Be patient with your body and yourself! We are aligning your habits to be healthier and consistency with those changes takes time. Trust the process, trust the coach and trust yourself!
